On the 22nd December 2006 the gate that is located on the Pratt Street was damaged by a car or lorry. It is very important to mention tha the door was open and unlocked when the incident happened. It is also important to mention that now anybody can come and park their car inside the estate and avoid the parking ticket.

The parking of the cars and vans inside the estate was reported many times to Dawn Aldred in the past. She managed to improve the situation for a while but now the problem is back since there is nothing to stop cars from entering the estate.
