Dear Mr Bowcut and Mr Michael,

The heating works were supposed to finished last January. Then it was postponed until the beginning of July 2011. We are in the middle of August and the works have not finished.

Could you please provide us with an update regarding the Heating Works?

Yours sincerely

Dear Resident,

The first phase of the works was due to finish in January as you correctly state. This over-run due to the issues with incorrectly sized coils in the calorifiers and time it took to have the new ones made and imported from Portugal .

That phase of the works is now complete.

The second phase was the replacement of the hot water secondary pipework in the boiler house and garage areas ( Camden and Lomax).

The pipework is installed and the insulation is being finished at the moment. Changing over the risers connections from the old to the new is the final stage of the works and this is expected to be completed by the start of September.
