TENANTS/RESIDENTS CURNOCK ESTATE LONDON NW1

Dear Tenant/Resident

I am writing to you regarding a questionnaire which is currently circulating the Curnock Estate in connection with the forthcoming security works.

The District Housing Office has received a number of completed questionnaires and telephone calls from concerned residents. Please note that this survey has not been organised by the Council, and you should not feel pressurised into completing it if it is not your wish.

As you know, there has been extensive consultation on the Estate regarding the proposed works. This has included two ballots and a number of public meetings in addition to displays at The Marr. As a result of the consultation carried out with residents the scheme was amended to reflect residents/tenants views. There has also been close liaison with the Tenants Association on the Estate.

Please do not hesitate to contact either the Area Team Manager, Peter Kirby, or myself, should you wish to discuss the matter.

Yours faithfully

Peju Sanusi
Estate Officer
